Why bring your group to Punta Custodio?

Whether you are a teacher of yoga, meditation, poetry, photography or writing, Punta Custodio is the ideal place to bring your group for a magical week. Its awesome beauty and tranquility will make it an unforgettable experience for all who come.

Punta Custodio is a small community of eight lovely homes, most of which are unoccupied by their owners a good part of the year. We can arrange for accommodations in as many of these homes as are needed for your group as well as supply all meals, snacks, and housekeeping.

Most of the bedrooms have spectacular ocean views; all of the houses have living rooms with amenities which are not usually available at retreat centers; i.e., CD players, books, and VCRs. The majority of the homes have their own cliff-side dipping pools and beautiful covered outdoor living spaces, perfect for your group activities.

There is a large community swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and of course the surrounding ocean and beaches. One beach is in a protected cove and very safe. The other beach is 12 miles long and great for long walks, swimming, boogie-boarding and body surfing. Right off our point is one of the finest surf breaks on this part of the Pacific coast.

We can offer all this at a cost comparable to or below the costs of most retreat centers. If you bring a group and you are not a yoga teacher, Barbara will be happy to lead classes for those who may be interested.
